Daikin at [email protected]

Daikin chose [email protected] for their headquarters and first integrated logistics and distribution centre in Queensland due to its unrivalled location adjacent to the Gateway Motorway.

The 14,000 sqm purpose-built distribution centre represents Goodman’s first Queensland collaboration with the world-leading Japanese air-conditioning company. Daikin has a strong commitment to innovation, investing heavily in research and development to create products that are energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and technologically advanced.

[email protected] is strategically located close to consumers and key infrastructure including two major arterial motorways, the port of Brisbane, Brisbane Airport and other distribution hubs. This critically provides Daikin with faster speed to market and the opportunity to reduce transport costs and related carbon emissions.

The team worked closely with Daikin to deliver a facility that encompasses best-in-class sustainability features with innovative design principles and is targeting Goodman’s first 6 Star Green Star rated building in Queensland.

Facility Overview

The distribution centre will combine Daikin’s warehousing, logistics and head office, unifying integral facets of the business into a connected and highly efficient workspace.

Through continued communication and needs analysis, Goodman addressed Daikin’s requirement for an effective and high-exposure site that can keep up with growing demand, resulting in an innovative development in an unrivalled distribution location.
