Goodman’s new development at Chifley Business Park in Victoria will be one of the first industrial/showroom developments in Australia to replace all structural steel elements with mass timber.

Sustainably-produced timber produces less emissions than steel in the manufacturing process, allowing Goodman to target a 5-Star Green Star rating on the Chifley Business Park mass timber development. In addition, the development is estimated to produce 23% less embodied carbon than if it were built using steel.
