Axis Alexandria achieves world-leading sustainability with 6-Star Green Star certification

Axis Alexandria, a next-generation multi-level industrial development in south Sydney has surpassed its sustainability goals, earning a 6-Star Green Star Design & As Built v1.3 rating. This is the highest certification level a building can achieve, symbolising world leadership in sustainable design.

Originally targeting 5 stars, the project exceeded expectations, scoring 77/100 points—pushing it above the required 75 points for 6 stars. This marks our first 6-star Green Star certified building in New South Wales, following the success of Gateway@Murarrie in Brisbane, Queensland.
