People and culture

We have a global workforce of approximately 1,000 people. To retain our people and attract new talent, we foster a diverse and inclusive culture with a relatively flat organisational structure. 

We encourage innovation and offer skills development and challenging work opportunities to advance careers. All of our people participate in the Group’s long term employee equity incentive plan to build collective responsibility and to align each of us with our stakeholders’ interests.

Our care for people extends beyond our own workforce to our customers and suppliers. We create great sustainable places to work for our customers and have robust safety and ethics standards to help protect our supply chain.

We believe our sustainable buildings support the health and wellbeing of our customers. They encourage good health and make it easier for our customers to attract their own high-quality workforce. In turn, our business benefits from high occupancy levels and sustained rental growth.
