Sustainability

Equation

In Australia, water comes at a sustainability cost and a financial one. Goodman has worked hard to reduce both, for the planet and our customers. 


Over the past six years, Goodman has invested 3.7 million dollars to install infrastructure like rainwater tanks and smart irrigation across 95 percent of our properties.

Now customers are reaping the rewards - we're reduced our water usage by 50% across the country. Collectively, our customers have already reduced their outgoings on water by about one million dollars.
