The 1.9 hectare site stretches an entire block in Rosebery and is one of the largest heritage brownfield developments in the area.
Rosebery Engine Yards will be a modern, sustainable workspace with soaring sawtooth ceilings, retained timber and steel framework and exposed bricks. The site is defined by a large-scale, single storey floorplate and NLA of 11,650 sqm. It transforms unused industrial space, and supports circularity by reducing, recycling and reusing existing resources.
Rosebery Engine Yards will feature internal and external landscape spaces creating an ideal environment for people and ideas to flourish. The original sawtooth roof and large skylights will help create a variety of light-filled spaces, and attractive working conditions.
Once complete, the development will comprise state-of-the-art commercial and showroom tenancies, a childcare centre, retail food and beverage precincts, end-of-trip and parking facilities.
