GAIP's strategy is to invest in high quality industrial assets in strategic locations with access to major transport and infrastructure in Australia, focused on the Eastern seaboard.
The GAIP portfolio consists of 95 industrial and office space properties and development work in progress with a combined value of $6.3 billion. The Partnership provides the significant advantage of scale, diversification and flexibility to provide a seamless solution for customers.
GAIP has a strong partnership approach with its global investor base providing $4.5 billion in equity commitments to the partnership. Its scale and diversity have also extended to a deep and differentiated / flexible debt platform across major banks, debt capital markets and private placement markets.
GAIP services a diverse portfolio of customers across a range of industries featuring; consumer goods, e-commerce, automotive, logistics, manufacturing and IT. Major customers include Japan Post (Toll), Wesfarmers, Coca Cola Amatil, DHL, Linfox and Woolworths.
The Partnership’s proactive approach to development has provided on average $200 million of new prime logistics product per annum over the past 5 years. Combined with the Goodman Groups market presence, GAIP has secured key off-market acquisitions to complement its portfolio. These factors are expected to deliver superior income and capital returns to Securityholders over the long term.
